Part-time seasonal position available assisting the leasing team at Province Hill Apartment Homes.

Responsibilities:

Greet residents and prospects.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Post flyers and notices to apartment doors and buildings.
Data entry.
Filing.
Perform duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
Comply with all Federal, State and Local Fair Housing Laws (training provided).

Skills and experience:

A positive, team orientated attitude.
Organized and detail orientated.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong communications skills.
MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
Able to take direction and be a team player.
Flexible and tolerant of change.
Ability to rebound from setbacks.

Hours:

8:00AM - 5:00PM Wednesdays (ideally, but not necessary).
10:00AM - 3:00PM Saturdays.
11:00AM - 3:00PM Sundays.

Immediately through late September.
